Persona 5 Royal is the ultimate form of the Joker and Phantom Thieves adventures. Since Gamescom, expectations around Pentiment have been rising. Named in the German Show’s Best Original Game category, what looks like a small indie game is actually the new production by Josh Sawyer (screenwriter of Fallout New Vegas) for Obsidian, under the lap of Microsoft. The plot is reminiscent of the movie The Name of the Rose (Jean-Jacques Anod), with a murder committed in a Benedictine monastery in the 16th century. The player must solve this crime by playing the role of Andreas Mahler, a master artist on the board. Pentiment promises multiple possibilities as well as different story branches, all under a striking artistic direction, in a style imitating 16th century paintings. According to the lucky people who got to play it at Gamescom, Obsidian’s “small” project might be one of the best games of the end of the year. All you have to do is wait until November 15, 2022 to play it via Game Pass.
Warhammer 40k Darktide

Studio Jumpship assures that it will not be convincing from the inside, and that the concept will go further than what has been shown so far.
