How many service stations are in trouble?

30.8% of service stations in France lack at least one fuel, according to a point Wednesday 5:00 p.m. from the Energy Transition Ministry. Hauts-de-France and Ile-de-France remain the worst affected areas. The situation of each station develops during the day depending on the shipments of tanker trucks, the rush of motorists and the stock of ground tanks has decreased to zero.

Where are our departments?

Our region was affected by the shortage less quickly than northern France. The situation has become complicated since the middle of the week. 40% of service stations in the Hautes-Pyrenees were experiencing difficulties on Wednesday afternoon. At least ten departments have established a priority service station for professions considered priority (rescue, blood donation, prison guards, etc.). Four resorts in Haute-Garonne:

What is the situation at TotalEnergies?

Total Energy’s striking employees “categorically” refused to resume fuel deliveries at 5am on Thursday. The management set this condition to open wage negotiations at 8 am. “It’s a massive refusal, the employees don’t want to negotiate this requirement,” explains Thierry Deverson, CGT Secretary for TotalEnergies Europe.

How many refineries have been seized?

The government has launched the first orders at the ExxonMobil Port Jerome / Notre Dame de Gravénchon (Seine Maritimes) refinery. Two employees were called on Wednesday evening, and two more on Thursday to allow the fuel to be shipped via the pipeline to the Paris region. The next order will concern TotalEnergies’ Flandes warehouse, near Dunkirk. Six out of seven refineries in France are currently on strike.

CGT leader Philip Martinez, who came to support ExxonMobil employees, denounced the “scandalous decision” and announced the introduction of an interim injunction during the day to oppose it.
